Rental Agreement & Terms & Conditions

This Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between ChosenChairs LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”) and the customer (“Client”) renting equipment from the Company.

By submitting a quote request, approving a quote, signing electronically, or completing payment, Client agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. Rental Items

Client agrees to rent event rental equipment (“Rental Items”), which may include but is not limited to chairs, tables, linens, table covers, seat cushions, and related event rental accessories, as outlined in the approved quote or invoice.

Only the items listed on the approved quote or invoice are included in the rental.

2. Rental Period

The rental period begins upon delivery or pickup and ends upon retrieval by ChosenChairs LLC, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Rental Items must be accessible and ready for pickup at the scheduled time.

Additional fees may apply if items are not ready for retrieval as scheduled.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All pricing is per item unless otherwise stated.

  • Minimum quantities may apply.

  • A deposit may be required to reserve the event date.

  • Full payment is due prior to delivery or pickup, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Payment confirms acceptance of this Agreement and all related policies.

4. Cancellations & Changes

  • Deposits are non-refundable once the event date is reserved.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled event may be charged in full.

  • Changes to quantities, dates, or items are subject to availability and approval and may result in price adjustments.

5. Damage, Loss & Responsibility

Client assumes full responsibility for all Rental Items from the time of delivery or pickup until retrieval.

Client may be charged for:

  • Missing Rental Items

  • Broken, bent, or structurally damaged equipment

  • Torn, burned, wax-stained, heavily soiled, or permanently stained linens or table covers

  • Seat cushions with rips, burns, excessive staining, or misuse

  • Damage caused by improper stacking, handling, or transport

Normal wear is expected. Damage beyond normal wear will be billed at replacement cost or cleaning cost, at the Company’s discretion.

6. Use & Safety

Rental Items must be used only for their intended purpose.

  • Chairs and tables may not be stood on, stacked improperly, or used as platforms or stages.

  • Linens, table covers, and cushions must be returned dry and free of excessive debris.

  • Client is responsible for ensuring safe and appropriate placement of Rental Items.

7. Liability & Assumption of Risk

Client acknowledges that the use of rental equipment involves inherent risks, including uneven ground, weather conditions, and guest behavior.

ChosenChairs LLC is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from misuse, site conditions, guest conduct, or weather-related factors.

8. Weather & Force Majeure

ChosenChairs LLC is not responsible for delays or inability to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, or governmental restrictions. Weather conditions do not automatically qualify for refunds.

9. Indemnification

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Chosen Chairs LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the possession or use of Rental Items during the rental period.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

11. Acceptance

By submitting a quote request, approving a quote, or completing payment, Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Rental Agreement and all associated policies.
