Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

Client acknowledges that the use of event rental equipment involves inherent risks, including but not limited to uneven surfaces, weather conditions, guest behavior, and site-specific hazards.

Client assumes full responsibility for the condition of the event location, including but not limited to ground stability, flooring, weather exposure, and guest conduct.

ChosenChairs LLC is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from:

• Misuse of rental items

• Improper placement or supervision

• Site conditions at private or public venues

• Weather-related factors

By submitting a quote request, approving a quote, or completing payment, Client voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the use of rental equipment and releases Chosen Chairs LLC from liability to the fullest extent permitted by Florida law
